Refund policy

If you wish to return a delivered unopened product you can request a refund within 10 days by contacting our Customer Service Team on hello@natashazaki.com

The product must be unused and in its original packaging with no damage and all seals in place.

Products bought through promotional offers are not eligible for return.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return charges and the delivery charges will be subtracted from your refund. The same applies for exchanges. You will be responsible for the return delivery and re delivery charges.  In the unfortunate event that you would like a refund on an unopened product refunds typically take 2-5 working days to process.
